Ramsay Health Care is building a brand-new private hospital in New Epping, 18km from Melbourne’s CBD. Located at 12 Osburn Place, it will be opening in early 2024. With the North of Melbourne forecasted to grow exponentially over upcoming years, a private hospital is a welcome and important addition to the booming growth corridor. Northern Private Hospital will ensure the growing and diverse community can access high quality private health care, it will support the busy co-located public health system, and provide Specialists and healthcare professionals new opportunities in an expanding market. Northern Private Hospital will be providing high quality private health care from early 2024.

With 16 years' experience with Ramsay Health Care and 2.5 years as a valued member of the Northern Private team, Anne-Marie is stepping into the role of unit manager for our medical ward and day infusion unit.

As our Department of Veterans' Affairs (DVA) Liaison Officer, she works closely with patients, the hospital team, and the DVA to ensure eligible veterans can access the services they need.

Lara is passionate about making the healthcare experience as smooth and stress-free as possible.

For patients like Sue, who is receiving treatment in our day infusion centre, it's our dedicated team members who really make a difference during an understandably challenging time.

"The staff have been wonderful," she said. "They have looked after me so well and most importantly they care about me."

Anne-Marie is our nurse unit manager in the day infusion centre, and she's deeply passionate about the work she does.

Meet the dynamic duo behind our cardiac cath lab management team here at Northern Private Hospital - introducing Jaiden, our Nurse Unit Manager, and Lizzie, our Assistant Nurse Unit Manager.

Together they oversee the operational side of our cath lab, which supports a range of cardiac and vascular procedures, including coronary angiograms, angioplasty and stent insertion, pacemaker and device implants, and other diagnostic and interventional cardiology services.

With a strong focus on teamwork, safety, and patient-centred care, Jaiden and Lizzie work closely with their team to ensure every patient receives quality care throughout their procedure and recovery.

Meet Karlee, our Business Office Manager who's been part of the team here at Northern Private Hospital since the very beginning 👋

Karlee has been part of the Ramsay Health Care team for the past 11 years across a variety of roles and sites.

Northern Private holds a special place in Karlee's heart, as she was involved in building the hospital, establishing a department, and recruiting a fantastic team. She is proud of how far the hospital has come and continues to grow.

Karlee is passionate about working with people, supporting staff, improving processes, and helping create a positive team environment that delivers the best experience for patients.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, staying active, and making the most of the outdoors.
