I’m seeing something very common in clinic right now.
Women telling me:
“My skin suddenly feels dry.”
“My products don’t seem to be working.”
“My skin looks tired and dull.”
And the reason is simple.
Winter changes how the skin functions.
As temperatures drop, we often experience:
• Reduced circulation
• Slower skin repair processes
• Increased transepidermal water loss
• Weakened skin barrier function
• Increased dehydration
• Greater sensitivity and irritation
This is why winter is not the season to neglect your skin.
It is the season to support regeneration.
I often remind clients:
Healthy skin isn’t created when everything feels easy.
It is built through consistency during the seasons that challenge it most.
This is exactly why I am loving regenerative treatments like Exosomes and PDRN right now.
Not because they simply hydrate.
But because they support the skin’s own repair and communication systems.
This is where skin longevity is heading.
Not correction.
Regeneration.
