Some of my experiential notes on what could be called Reality Creation: How Mind Shapes Matter.



What you see in your mind as true — when you recall memories, think about your life, assess your circumstances, or imagine what is happening — is not separate from reality itself.

The mental realm is not imaginary. It is simply a higher-frequency, subtler portion of the same unified spectrum of reality. The physical world is the densest end of that spectrum, which is why it dominates our attention. Density does not mean importance — it means weight.

The mental permeates the entire spectrum. It permeates the physical. Matter is consciousness slowed down.



Attention, Density, and the Illusion of Separation

The physical world captures our attention because it is dense, sensory, and loud. It continuously pulls awareness outward. But when attention is withdrawn from the physical — through slowing down, stillness, or sustained concentration — awareness naturally begins to register subtler layers of reality.

These subtler layers have always been present.

Stillness does not create higher perception; it reveals what was already there but drowned out by sensory noise. Everything exists simultaneously across frequencies. The physical, emotional, mental, and subtler realms are not separate worlds — they are expressions of the same field.



Mental Imagery as Instruction

Whenever you picture something mentally — whenever you think about your life, replay situations, imagine outcomes, or internally narrate what is happening — you are not merely observing reality.

You are instructing it.

At the quantum level, particles arrange themselves according to information. Thought is information. Mental imagery is not passive; it is directive. Your internal representations inform reality how to organize itself.

This is why changing an outcome does not require force or effort. It requires a shift in what is being internally held as true.



Remembering the Future

Creation works most effectively when the future is not anticipated, but remembered.

You remember the outcome as if it has already happened. You place it behind you — resolved, completed, settled. You are no longer leaning toward it or chasing it. You are looking back on it.

This subtle internal orientation matters. It moves the future from anticipation into memory.



Letting Go of Counter-Reality

At the heart of creation is the ability to release the counter-reality in the mind — the internal narrative that makes it hard to be, hard to create, and hard to believe in a future that contradicts conditioning.

The future you want to experience often directly opposes the futures the mind rehearses: fear-based scenarios, limited outcomes, inherited logic, and conditioned expectations. The degree to which you can let go of what the mind insists is possible is the degree to which a new reality can manifest.



Why Creation Requires Creativity, Not Logic

To create a new future, creativity is required — not logic.

The logical mind measures the future using the past, prior experience, and what it can reasonably extrapolate. But this is precisely what limits creation. Logic is conservative. Creativity is expansive.

The mind argues why the future you want cannot happen. Creativity allows you to bypass the argument entirely.



Infinite Potentials and the Limiting Mind

The quantum field contains infinite potentials — infinite realities that can be experienced. All outcomes are possible.

What limits them is not reality itself, but the mind’s bias. The mind collapses infinity into familiarity. Creation is not about forcing reality; it is about releasing the mental constraints that prevent other realities from being perceived as real.



Letting Go of the Present to Create the Future

Your ability to let go of:
• what is currently happening
• what seems realistic
• what appears logically consistent with your past

…is the measure of how deeply a new reality can come into existence.

The future is not created by improving the present. It is created by stepping outside of it internally.



Visualization as Continuous Creation

You are always visualizing, whether consciously or unconsciously.

What you repeatedly see as your life — in relationships, work, location, identity — are the quantum outcomes you continue to recreate. Your inner imagery is not neutral. It is causal.



Depth of Consciousness and Reality Imprinting

What matters is not only what you visualize, but the depth from which you visualize.

Different depths of attention and stillness imprint reality differently:
• surface attention creates shallow patterns
• emotional focus creates reactive patterns
• deep mental or akashic stillness creates foundational patterns

The deeper the stillness, the deeper the instruction.



Fear as Hijacked Creation

Fear operates through involuntary concentration. Trauma, shock, and anxiety narrow attention into a deep focus, implanting future outcomes without conscious choice.

This is why fear-based patterns repeat.



Creation as Memory

Every internal scenario is a memory being formed in advance.

You are not imagining the future — you are remembering it before it happens. And what you repeatedly remember becomes lived experience.



Release is everything

Creation is not effort. It is release.

Release of fear-based rehearsal.
Release of logical limitation.
Release of attachment to current reality.

When these dissolve, creativity does what it naturally does — allowing realities to emerge that the mind could never logically justify.

😮 When most people talk about “aura”, they usually associate it with emotion, health, or the subtle light bodies — something that changes colours with mood or vibration…

In Human Design, the aura means something quite different.

It’s not so much about color or visual appearance — it’s more about the mechanics of how your energy interacts with the world.

Your aura is an energetic reality — invisible to the eye but unmistakable to the body.

It’s the way your energy communicates before words, shapes connection, and determines how life moves through and toward you.

So rather than colors, Human Design focuses on aura mechanics.

For example:

- The Generator aura is open and enveloping, drawing life in to respond to.

- The Projector aura is focused and penetrating, seeing deeply into the other.

- The Manifestor aura is closed and initiating, moving independently.

- The Reflector aura is sampling and fluid, mirroring the environment.

Each aura type moves through life in its own way, magnetising, penetrating, initiating, or reflecting.

When you begin to understand your own aura and energy mechanics, you stop trying to force energy that isn’t yours — and instead, you learn to trust the way life is already designed to move through you.

That’s when everything starts to flow naturally.

Life moves through you — you don’t move through life… Your body, your form, is the sacred channel through which the energy of life flows. Emotions, sensations, experiences — they all move through your awareness.

Sometimes the current is strong and turbulent. Sometimes it’s soft and gentle. But it’s always flowing — the stream of life, moving through you.

Our suffering begins when we try to hold onto the current — when we grasp, resist, or identify with what’s moving through. That’s when energy gets stuck. Maybe you feel it in your chest, your stomach, your throat — anywhere the flow is being resisted.

Your capacity to allow life to move through you — without holding, without fighting, without identifying — is the measure of how much joy and freedom you can feel.

Because in truth, existence itself is pure joy.
All sorrows are but shadows — they pass, and they are gone.
Yet that which remains is untouched, eternal, and free.

When I witness someone in a hypnotherapy session finally release the emotion of a lifelong trauma, I see this truth revealed in real time: when the emotion flows out, what remains is peace. What remains is you.

Life is always living itself through you.
Let it.
Don’t stick to it.
Don’t hold on to it.
Allow it in.
Feel it — through your whole being.
But then let it through. Let it pass.

Give it freedom.
Give it space to move through.

This is how you build capacity — by relaxing open, by allowing yourself to feel what’s moving through without resistance. The more you allow, the more life can flow. You become vast enough to meet the current of life as it comes — without being swept away, without getting stuck.

Because whatever moves through you, you have the capacity for it. Otherwise, it wouldn’t be flowing through you.

This is how we learn.
This is how we grow.
And this is how we discover that what remains — beyond all that flows — is peace itself.

I’ve been contemplating how meditation reflects the greater mechanics of reality itself.

This concept, that I think could be termed ‘Holographic Resonance’, shows that your meditation practice is not separate from your life, but a direct mirror of it—two sides of the same coin.

According to the Hermetic principle, “as above, so below; as within, so without,” the work you do internally is intricately reflected in the external.

When you practice ‘release’ in meditation—letting go of thoughts and emotions, dissolving attachments, and creating stillness—you are engaging in the same process that governs the unfolding of your life.

The same tools you use to quiet the mind and dissolve distractions during meditation are the tools that allow you to navigate the complexities of life.

Life itself can be seen as a macrocosmic meditation.

Just as thoughts, feelings, and sensory input pull at your attention during meditation, life is full of attachments, noise, and distractions that constantly demand your focus.

The same mechanics apply: the ability to release, to dissolve the hold of distractions, and to return to clarity and alignment is as essential in life as it is in meditation.

The release you achieve in meditation allows for the dissolving of old patterns in your life, raising its frequency and clearing space for greater alignment with your higher self and the universal flow.

Meditation becomes the microcosm, and life the macrocosm, holographically connected. The stillness you cultivate within doesn’t just remain in the mind; it is mirrored in the fabric of your existence.

Each moment of stillness holds the power to transform—an act of creation and dissolution, where old patterns fade and new possibilities arise.

The same focus and intentionality that guide you in meditation enable you to shape your life in profound ways.

Through stillness, you align with the universal flow, harmonizing with the infinite.

Think about that.

The more still you get, the less movement there is within you, and therefore the more aligned you are with the universal flow of the infinite.

The resonance between the inner and outer reveals the interconnectedness of all things—a profound reminder that transformation begins within.

As the Hermetic teachings suggest, the entire universe is encoded in every part of us, and through the practice of stillness, we unlock the capacity to shape both our inner and outer worlds in harmony with universal truth.

But that nebulous, confusing weight and pressure of emotion and feeling that was keeping you stuck is no longer there. You feel different, but you can’t explain how.

This is the counter-experience to the problem you had…

The probelm was something you knew that you had, but you couldn’t explain how you had it or what it actually was - just the surface symptoms it created in your life.

Unconscious change is supra-rational.

It doesn’t make any sense, at least logically.

That’s why no amount of logical treatment of the issue truly annihilates it for good - it just bandaids it.

Hypnotherapy transcends logic and allows your infinite unconscious to make the changes that your thinking mind can’t.

WHO YOU REALLY ARE DOES NOT KNOW ANXIETY, FEAR, OR SELF-DOUBT... 🔥

These mental-emotional complexes that we identify with having and experiencing are just that - complexities of mind.

The REAL you, I mean who you REALLY are, does not know these things.

You do not come into the world knowing these ideas, yet from the moment of birth you are a living, breathing genius and powerhouse of problem-solving and are able to overcome the challenges that you are beset with as a new life born into the world.

You learn and conquer, against all odds, how to get up on two legs even though you don’t understand or consciously know how to do it.

You manage to teach yourself your language, without any prior linguistic knowledge or without even knowing what language is.

This is a profoundly remarkable act!

And you do it all without prior knowing or understanding or any reference at all.

You do it without over-thinking.

This is a great example of the genius of your unconscious mind that is able to overcome and learn and break through the limitations that the thinking-intellectual mind gets trapped in.

When you are a child, your intellect is not fully developed yet.

And yet, you manage to learn everything that you need to manage and survive and get what you want and need in life.

You don’t stop to think with a pen and paper about how you’re going to do something, you just do it.

At some point in life, we start to think that we have to intellectualise everything and think our way through life.

We start to identify more and more with our thinking, logical mind - and this slowly removes and separates us from our inner genius that transcends logic and sense.

These layers of separation from our real self are the complexes of thought that disconnect us from our inner True Self, and our inner True Will that can accomplish the greatest of feats and acts.

This separation slowly increases over time, until there is a vast distance between your true self that is unlimited, and the limited thinking-mind that you have slowly come to full identification with over the years.

This distance, this abyss, this disconnection from our inner self, is what conjures up the feelings of powerlessness, fear, anxiety and can eventually turn into depression.

Because you have gotten to a point where you think you need to work everything out solely with the thinking-mind, and because the thinking-mind is profoundly limited in its capabilities (compared to the inner genius), this creates the false predicament where you see yourself as powerless against a force in your life whether it is anxiety, depression or whatever may befront you.

But this feeling of powerlessness is a false predicament.

And the thinking-mind will never be able to solve it.

What needs to happen is a bridging of this vast gap between the thinking-mind and your authentic self. A re-establishing of a connection with the real, inner genius and True Self that is YOU.

By collapsing this divide and establishing this profound connection with your inner genius, you can transcend the limitations you encounter in life.

Through this process, we shatter the boundaries of our perceived capabilities and open ourselves to accomplishing far more than we currently believe is possible.

WHEN YOU DISSOLVE THE COMPLEXITIES OF THE MIND...

CLARITY AND FREEDOM APPEAR.

FEAR & ANXIETY CREATE MORE FEAR & ANXIETY! YOU HAVE TO BREAK THE LOOP TO END THE CYCLE...

FEAR and anxiety are your unconscious mind trying to keep you safe from what it believes may be dangerous for you.

Which is a good thing! But sometimes you need to face certain things or issues in your life that may be perceived as dangerous, painful or scary, but are actually holding you back and keeping you stuck in life, limiting your potential to be who you truly are.

In these cases, you really have to show your unconsious mind that these old fears and anxieties are no longer needed.

Because they are getting in the way of your personal growth.

You have to teach it, or rather teach yourself, that these old feelings that come up and always stop you, are outdated and are what’s holding you back from your change and living the life that you know you’re truly capable of.

But, the unconscious mind does not like this at all.

After all it’s main job is to keep you safe and happy and if it believes that facing one of these fears, anxieties or limitations may cause you pain to go through, you better bet it’s going to do everything in its power to stop you.

You will find yourself doing everything you can not face it. This is your unconscious trying to keep you safe in the best way it knows how.

This is why anxiety and fear come up every time you try to deal with the problem.

And it stops you from fixing it.

And ⬆️ this ⬆️ is why you still have the problem!

But, you have to face your fear and anxiety if you ever really want to grow.

You just have to do it.

There’s no way around it!

You really have to face yourself and all your excuses.

Because YOU are the only thing that’s blocking your own change.

So you have to make that first move.

The best way you can do this is to teach yourself that you don’t need to be scared, by calling your own bluff and proving it to yourself that you‘re not.

When you feel that fear come up, thank your unconscious for all its help, but let yourself know that facing this issue is NECESSARY for your own personal growth and happiness.

Be the liberated Self. Confidently face that fear and anxiety. Go all in. 100%.

SHOW yourself that you will okay if you do this.

Let success be your proof.

I’m sure you can imagine how amazing you will feel when you do this. You are giving yourself back the control in your life that was taken away by anxiety.

It’s the most powerful thing you can do for yourself, to show yourself that YOU are there for yourself.

It’s like a beautiful gift that you give to yourself, as one of my clients recently put it.

It’s the gift of YOU.

And when you get your TRUE SELF back, there’s nothing else like it in the world.

And you can’t help but wonder why you waited so long to make a move...

COMPLEX OVERTHINKING BLINDS YOU FROM YOUR TRUTH 👁️

You have the power to reconnect with your True Self in the present moment.

And alignment with your True Self connects you to effortless unlimited power which gives you control in your own life.

The root of overthinking, worry and panic is based on the inability to do this.

If you’re always worrying about what could happen and overthink every situation negatively, you get yourself further and further away from the present moment.

This constant worrying about everything that isn’t actually happening here and now eventually leads - if left unchecked - to the inevitable repetitive feedback-loop of worrying, then worrying about the fact that you’re worrying, and the fact that you’re worrying about that makes you worry even more that you’re worrying too much - anxiety.

But this is only ever a simple disconnection from yourself.

When your mind wanders into negative thoughts, you leave this moment behind and temporarily disconnect yourself from the reality of NOW which is where you actually always are.

You go off, you see, into some entirely different reality in your head and then get worried about what you’re thinking of as if it’s happening right now.

And it seems like it’s out of your control.

Well of course it does!

How can you be in control of something that isn’t happening?

When you reconnect to yourself in the present moment, you can be in control.

This is where you are empowered to orchestrate your life.

This is where you can do stuff.

Because NOW which is where YOU ALWAYS ARE is where you have the power to do things.

Things only start to seem outside of your control when you decide not to be here to do anything about it.

When you’re off in thoughts about ‘what could happen’, you miss what you COULD be doing right now.

Now this may seem like an oversimplification a complex matter but in reality, the truth is always simple.

It’s always FAR simpler than you think.

In fact complexity only ever obscures truth behind more and more veils of illusion.

And overthinking is the best way to blind yourself from the simple truth that is right in front of you.

So if you have trouble staying present in the moment, ask yourself, what is it about THIS present moment that you’re choosing not to see?

After all, right here...
..right NOW...
..this is where the ACTION is!

And action blended with coordinated intention, purified of excess importance, is how you CREATE.

Time to take your power back!
