Our Provisional Psychologist Simone has immediate availability for therapy. Simone works with all ages and is available Thursdays face to face or Telehealth. Simone is passionate about neurodiversity and women’s health. She also works with presentations such anxiety, grief, chronic pain, depressive disorders, and trauma.

Welcome to the team! 🎉

We are delighted to welcome Simone to the ILAH team as our new Provisional Psychologist! Simone brings a wealth of experience supporting children, adults, and diverse communities, with a special interest in neurodivergence, trauma, and women’s health.
Simone’s person-centred, integrative CBT approach ensures every client receives tailored and warm support. Outside of work, Simone enjoys nature walks, crafts, and time with her beloved rescue cat. Simone is available for both in-clinic and telehealth therapy appointments on Thursdays.

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or finding it hard to settle in your body, you’re not alone.

Embodied Resilience is a 6-week somatic therapy group designed to support you to gently reconnect with your body and build practical regulation skills in a safe, trauma-informed space🩵

Across the program, you’ll learn how your nervous system works, how stress shows up physically, and how to respond with tools that support steadiness and calm.

This is a small, supportive group with a focus on guided practice, reflection, and real-life application.

No prior experience is needed😊

Tuesdays 5:30–6:30pm

Starting 19 May

Cost: $60 per session

Medicare rebates and NDIS funding available

This group is a space for connection, creativity and building confidence in a way that feels natural and supportive. Through storytelling and shared adventures, participants get to explore social skills, problem-solving and teamwork in a low pressure, neuroaffirming environment.

We’re so excited to introduce the newest member of our admin team, Celeste 💛

Celeste is one of the friendly faces you’ll see (or hear) when you first connect with us. She helps keep things running smoothly behind the scenes and supports both our team and clients so everyone feels welcomed and supported from the very beginning.

At Inner Light, we know that reaching out can feel like a big step. Celeste brings a calm, kind and understanding presence to that first point of contact, which we really value.
