We just added a fresh helix piercing to the mix, what do you think of this placement? We might change it over to a little ring once healed to give a cute paired look 💕

I never take angle photos anymore but I’m glad I remembered so we can chat about it!
You’ll notice that there is a little extra length to allow for swelling, in a few weeks once everything is starting to settle, it’s super important we change the backing to a shorter fit to avoid migration. See my downsize post for more info on this!

Another thing to note is that we want the angle to be perpendicular with the anatomy to be set up for a successful heal.

As always only solid gold + implant grade titanium used for the safest, highest quality heal.

hello this is your reminder to check if you’re ready to downsize your jewellery in healing piercings 🤝

some are more important than others however most piercings with a barbell or labret usually require downsizing during the healing process

it kinda reminds me of goldilocks, we don’t want our porridge too hot or cold and we don’t want our jewellery too long or short
as the tissue changes during the healing process, we want to adjust the length along with it

if you’re ever unsure if your piercing is ready for a downsize always check in with your local reputable piercer, we are here to help along the way!

hello everyone my apologies for ghosting and forgetting to post anything ever 🫣 I wish I had a decent excuse but pls swipe to accept a pic of daisy napping in the sun as an apology 🌻

anywho back to bidness, this lovely client came in with the existing ear lobe piercings and we added a conch and flat with implant grade titanium jewellery to completely change the vibe and create a more balanced feel!

it’s a little hard to see in the photo but we also anodized the titanium jewellery to make the metal a gold colour without the 14kt price tag 😅 mixed metals are so fun!!
