Pay attention to what you have attracted and what you are expetrencing in your life .
Did you know that you have either conciously or unconciously attracted it. You are an " energy field" and you are attracting and at the same time co- creating with others that surround you.
It' s your responsibility to change and to heal in order for you to move or jump , align , attract a new reality. This is universal law. To attract better , you must first clear up your energy field.
Yes, it takes some work. It takes " inner work" .
Begin to choose peace. Become conscious of what you are putting into your subconscious. Start there. Start paying attention to what feels good. Your body will feel it. Tune into your gut and remove yourself from drama and chaos. Do not allow others to constantly feed you with negativity. It goes through you , into your field. Protect your field. ( Especially if you are an empath) You can turn a new chapter in your life.

To become a concious creator, you must pay attention to your thoughs, your enviroment, what you hear and what you watch.
You see, we are always aligning and attracting what is in us.
Start your day with positive intentions ( I know for some it may not be easy as you may be going through stuff), but energetically you want " better" for yourself. You want to raise your vibration from negative to positive. The more you practice the more you grow positivity. Pay attention to what YOU want to grow as the universe will match that vibration.
Sending healing positive vibes your way.
To heal.
To create a better reality.
To alighn with what you want.
To manifest your desires.

To come out on the " other side" it takes lots of inner work.
To get to the blessings, we may have to live through lessons. Some more gentle than others.

Re- birth, dark night of the soul.. it s a journey and it will require your effort, your energy. It will take work..inner work!
