Today has been a SUPER EXCITING day with our Fit for life crew!

Our Fit for life crew were lucky enough to return and participate in the live studio recording audience on a TV show on channel 9 called….Tipping point ⭐️

Being apart of the audience was a fabulous experience and our participants did a fantastic job at remembering all the correct directions by the producer.

We also enjoyed a delicious Buffett lunch.

Overall a fabulous day and you may see us on Chanel 9 soon 🌟

Today has been a lovely day in the fresh air in The Dandenong Ranges.

First stop was The Lost Woods Market, we explored trying different food samples, looking at all different stalls from crafts to trash and treasure and met some fluffy puppies along the way.

We finished off our day at Paradise Valley Hotel in our own private function room. Food was delicious and we enjoyed the Octoberfest with music, watching puffing Billy go past 🚂 and the animal farm.

Today we returned for round 2 to The Melbourne Show 🤩 What a super fun day out at Melbourne Show today with our Fit for Life crew! 💫 from Animals, police and fire trucks, rides, show bags, motor bike show, there was fun for everyone ⭐️

Overall a super fabulous day! We cannot wait to come back again next year!

Wow, The Neil diamond musical, A Beautiful Noise was spectacular with high energy!

The narration of his life was clever, especially for younger generations to learn about his life and songs.

The music was fantastic, amazing vocals and we loved how they kept engaging all the audience.

Overall a great day out.

Today’s been a super fun Grand Final Day with our Fit for Life crew!

We spent our day at General public! We had perfect seating with a large tv to watch the game.

Throughout the day we played, bowling, pool and arcade games.

We also celebrated 2 birthdays, happy birthday Spiros and Brooke!

Overall a great day.

Wow what a FUN day out with our Fit for Life crew 🌟

We started off with a lovely lunch at Pier 35. The lunch was delicious 🌟 We also sang a happy birthday to Lewis, Daniel and Vic and enjoyed a yummy mudcake!

After lunch we spent time exploring the Footy festival! We had fun trying different obstacles and courses winning different show bags to take home.

After exploring the festival we spent the rest of the afternoon at the MCG. We went on a private tour and learnt so much history and also went behind scenes and watched the set up being prepared for that grand final.

Overall a fabulous day with lots of exercise also. We will definitely be coming back!

Today has been a fun day out with our Fit for Life crew!

First stop was St Kilda for a yummy picnic and bbq.

We enjoyed playing sports such as football and soccer in the sunshine.

We finished off with our very first ballet experience at Her Majesty theatre where we saw Dracula. The performance was very well done with amazing sets which were very captivating.

Overall a wonderful day out.

Today has been a super fun day with our Fit for Life crew.

We stayed local, stopping by our favourite Chinese, Tai Wah. Having lunch together is great practising conversation skills, reading social cues, building friendships and for our participants to try new foods.

We spent the rest of the day at Southland where we had 4 movie options. We all enjoyed our movie selections and having fun with skill testing games.
