A herbalist or naturopath will ask many questions before prescribing for a several reasons.

Some of which are…

1. What is specifically happening for you, your symptoms, and your health condition.

2. Safety. Allergies or interactions with medications.

3. Effectiveness of those herbs for your condition and to find out more about your constitution. Ie. are you sensitive? Robust? Are you more likely to react to taking higher or lower doses?
