As a society we tend to honor and respect busy-ness, and the hustle to always get things done.
This isn't healthy! This mindset means that we are not only ON mentally all the time, but it creates stress in the body which then can impact all other aspects of our health- our sleep, skin, digestion, reproduction, pain levels and more!
