Clients want founders who create an experience, not just another thing they need or want. Not just ticking the box and getting the job done.

And you as the founder, shouldn't have to feel like a stranger in your own brand.

Does it feel like you?
Does your website make you feel proud?
Does it make your potential clients connect within a 3 seconds glance?

There is so much hype about using AI to build your websites at the moment, and yes I know why it is appealing. It is a cheaper service and it can do a lot of technical things...

but this is where you're losing clients.

You've become the same-same as every other person in your industry. 👀

It will feel like you walked into someone else's space. Your branding is close but not yours. The words sound like a stranger describing what you do.

And secretly, a little voice within you says - this isn't quite me.

Creativity is something that is unique. No matter how good a robot is, they aren't unique.

Founder led businesses thrive because they are passionate about what they offer. It isn't all just about the product or services, it's about creating the unique, amazing HUMAN experience. ❤️

The reason your website isn't converting is because nobody ever told you it was supposed to.

You were told you needed a website.
You were told it should look professional. you were told a designer could make it pretty.

Nobody told you it was supposed to do anything.

Nobody told you a homepage has 3 seconds to convince someone to stay. 👀

Nobody told you an about page is supposed to make her feel seen, not impressed.

Nobody told you a website without email capture is leaking 80% of its visitors.

Nobody told you the platform you're on determines whether you can scale on it.

You didn't miss something obvious.

Nobody told you. 💪🏻

So consider this me telling you now.

Your website is supposed to work for you.

It is supposed to bring leads.
It is supposed to convert.

And yes, I'm a website strategist & designer saying this out loud. I know how this lands.

Most designers ask about your colour palette. They don't ask how you make money.
That's not strategy.
That's decoration with a brief.

Most designers pick the platform that's easy for them to build on.

Not the one that's right for your business to grow on. You'll find out the cost in 18 months when you have to rebuild from scratch.

Most designers show you beautiful mood boards. They don't show you conversion architecture.
One looks great on your monitor.
The other makes you money while you're at school pickup.

Guess which one your designer quoted you on.

The design industry isn't broken because designers are bad people.

It's broken because the standard is pretty, not profitable.

And most founders don't know to ask for the difference.
