Essence Ayurveda Her vision and purpose are to make the healing go viral. I am passionate about Ayurveda and love to see it work its magic on people who embrace it.

Our Ayurvedic physician Manjot Garcha brings together 18+ years of experience in Ayurveda, Reiki and intuitive healing to empower her clients physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. I have seen amazing transformations in people undergoing treatments. People disappointed with modern medicine often find relief in this 5000 years old wisdom that all encompasses the human life. I love to see its evident workings on the physical body and subtle workings on human mind. I love to study the scriptures and gather their inherent deep secrets and correlate them with science. It interests me greatly to research and discover ayurvedic treatments for lifestyle diseases and those for which modern medicine has not yet found a cure. I listen to the words of the client and to the language of their bodies and try to work out the best advice for them. With my 18 years of experience in panchkarma I reflect on the truth of ancient texts bringing forth the affect changes of seasons have on our bodies and how even seemingly healthy people also need to get themselves serviced (after all human body is also a machine) regularly. No matter where you are from, what point in your lifespan, you will definitely benefit from diet and lifestyle ayurvedic advice. I’ve worked in the field of infertility and managing women’s diseases through Ayurveda. It’s a relief to know that we have an alternative to all the hormonal and invasive therapies being adopted commonly. Nourish your body but more than that cherish yourself and come embark on this journey of health with the confidence that you have a backing of ancient wisdom that hasn’t yet gone wrong.

As you watch this plant move with the breeze, notice how it doesn’t resist the wind.
It bends.
It softens.
It flows with what is.

Close your eyes for a moment and take three slow breaths.

- Inhale deeply through the nose.
- Exhale slowly through the mouth.
- Let your shoulders soften.

Imagine any tension, worry, or heaviness being carried away on the exhale, just as the wind moves through the leaves.

Nature reminds us that strength is not always found in holding on.
Sometimes it is found in our ability to surrender, trust, and move with life’s changing seasons.

What can you soften your grip on today?

How much of your peace right now depends on your next paycheck?

Not your lifestyle.
Not your image.
Not what people think about you.

Your actual peace.

Because from the outside, life can look successful…
the job, the income, the car, the promotions.

But internally?

There’s still pressure.
Pressure to keep going.
Pressure to maintain everything you’ve built.
Pressure to keep achieving because slowing down feels unsafe.

And for others, money feels overwhelming altogether.
So overwhelming that avoiding it feels easier than facing it.

But your relationship with money is rarely just about money.

It’s about:
• security
• fear
• self-worth
• pressure
• peace
• and the life you’re trying to hold together

After years in banking, business, and coaching, one thing became very clear to :

Financial knowledge alone doesn’t create peace.

That’s why together alongside Dr. Manjot Garcha, have created She & Money.

A space to explore:
✨ your money mindset
✨ emotional patterns around money
✨ your energy around wealth
✨ and the silent pressure money can create in your life

Because true wealth isn’t just about how much you earn…

It’s about how peaceful you feel when you think about your life.

In Ayurveda, Ojas is considered the essence of vitality, immunity, and resilience.

It is what helps us feel nourished, emotionally steady, radiant, and able to cope with life’s challenges.

When stress becomes chronic, sleep is poor, routines are irregular, or we spend too long giving without replenishing, Ojas can gradually become depleted.

Signs may include fatigue, low immunity, emotional overwhelm, dry skin, poor recovery, and a lack of enthusiasm for life.

The good news? Ojas can be rebuilt through rest, nourishment, routine, and practices that help the body feel safe and supported.

How full is your cup right now? 🤍

Many people think they need more energy.

What they often need is a nervous system that feels safe enough to rest.

In Ayurveda, symptoms such as anxiety, poor sleep, overthinking, restlessness, and feeling “wired but tired” are often associated with an aggravation of Vata dosha.

The solution isn’t always doing more.

Sometimes it’s creating simple daily rituals that help the body return to a state of balance.

A warm meal.
A cup of herbal tea.
A regular bedtime.
A few minutes of stillness.

Small practices repeated consistently can have a profound effect on the nervous system.

Which of these practices helps you feel most grounded?
