I’ve been held in a 4 week container with the lovely . We focused on the Butterfly and what it represents and how we can bring more of its qualities into our day to day.

I set up her essence and balm and added a butterfly collage artwork I had created last year as a reminder to keep the butterfly energy in focus each day.

Butterflies to me have always represented transformation, in this 4 week container I learnt how much more they represent. Courage, beauty, freedom, regulation, balance and so much more.

So grateful I followed the nudge to join 🦋

A few weeks ago I attended the Level 1 Australian Bush Flower Essence workshop in Melbourne,

The decision to attend this workshop was guided and even though I had a conflicting event on the Sunday I knew that the workshop held priority but wasn’t sure why.

Ever since that weekend I keep saying to my friends, it’s like I jumped a timeline that weekend.

A whole new world of opportunity and ideas and insights has opened up.

I’m not new to flower essences but formally learning about them and using them with intention has definitely shifted my frequency.

I realised something profound. When you say yes to new things even when all the reasons to say no feel real, you will be a different person on the other side. The things that may feel scary and challenging and require a leap of faith are lined with golden opportunities.

Coming soon I’ll be combining my love of art with flower essences in a brand new Workshop.

You will get to make and take your own joyfully creative essence guided by me with a few select chosen flowers.

In this workshop you will learn about each flower and its benefit. You will make your own bottle of ‘joyfully creative’ essence and take it during the workshop whilst painting and sketching flowers.

You get to take your bottle home and continue to use the essence of flower medicine to help embody more creativity in your every day.

My cup has been replenished this weekend 🌺☕️🙏

So much of my learning has been online and to learn and connect in person with like minded soul and heart led women was something I didn’t know I was craving.

Learning about the signature of flowers, going into depth of the origin if the Bush Flower Essences .com.au and how powerful they are for facilitating wellness has been inspiring and exciting.

So looking forward to sharing more of these in session with clients.

This is also why I run workshops I can see how important connection and community is. I’ve only just realised how important in being the student this time.

I chose a card for all the Women collectively today. What message do we most need?

Can you see the power of this card and message. Women are sacred healers, it’s in our DNA. Whether we choose to illuminate this gift is up to us.

The message from this card is to do something today in sacred ceremony. Which means do something that elevates your the frequency and brings more love light into your heart. This in turn heals ourselves and others.

Meditate, light a candle, take a walk, take some deep breaths, paint, dance, sing, chant, scream, surround yourself with the ocean, the forest , it doesn’t matter what you choose it’s the intention and presence that makes it powerful.

It can be 1 minute or 1 hour, you choose.

Instead of looking out collectively as women that we are slaying the dragon of feminism. How about we surrender into the flow of our powerful feminine essence.

As women we are more empowered when we work from our light not our shadow. 🤍

When things feel hard, anchor deeper into your hope for change. Be the beacon.

Yes rage, be angry, speak up if you need to, express your truth, but this is no where near as powerful as the change you create from the inside out.

When you change from the inside out your presences awakens others.

If we are all a reflection of each other then the work begins with you.

Want change, be change.

Find your patterns, dismantle them, clear what is not yours, create boundaries, let people sit in their crap if they want to, not your issue.

Learn from the past, let it go and move forward.

Find what lights you up, focus on that. Because what lights you up, will light yo the world. 💡

Ready to release 2025. Letting go of the year creates space for you to get more into vibrational alignment with the version and vision you are holding for yourself for 2026.

The biggest part of this balance will be releasing entanglements and projections from others. You would be surprised at how much others create resistance and distraction so you cannot move foward.

This is where we start. Releasing the version of you that allows this in.
