5 reasons why your gut doesn’t need that low FODMAP diet — from a Gut health Naturopath perspective.

1. Reduces beneficial bacteria / diversity in the gut
2. Reduces short chain fatty acid production (aka fuel for the gut lining)
3. Further adds to gut sensitivity
4. Creates anxiety around food
5. Does not address the root cause !!

If you’re on the low FODMAP diet and don’t know where to go from there, work with a health practitioner who can identify WHY you react to those foods.

Not all prenatals are created equally !!

When picking a prenatal, make sure to not only look at the ingredient list but the form of what that ingredient is in.

Best place to start is with a discovery call — this is a complimentary 10 minute phone call, where we can informally chat prior to diving into the initial consult. You can ask any question you may have, and we can also set you up with some homework so when we do sit down for the initial consult, we have extra data to help formulate the plan from the get go.
