We’re delighted to welcome Stella to the South Eastern Active Health team as a new Remedial Massage Therapist.

Stella’s approach is centered on restoring confidence, improving movement quality, and creating long-term, sustainable results. With qualifications in Remedial Massage and almost seven years of experience as a Personal Trainer, she brings a valuable blend of hands-on skill and movement expertise to every session.
