We’re on a mission to reinvent sauna culture here in Melbourne. If you haven’t checked us out yet, think wood-fired mobile sauna, cold plunge, and a green urban yard in the inner north.

We run communal standard sessions at $25, or Saunagus, our facilitated Danish sauna ritual at $35.

LAST LATVIAN SAUNA FOR 2026! 🌿 Happening next Saturday on the 11th April from 4pm - 7pm

Led by our Latvian Sauna Master Elizabete before she heads home, this is your final chance to experience traditional Latvian sauna culture.

What to expect:
- Welcome tea and opening circle
- Learn about Latvian Sauna traditions and rituals
- Sauna rounds with cold plunges and rest
- Blend your own herbal salt scrub to use in the heat
- Learn the art of the slota (leaf whisk)
- Closing circle with light refreshments

The Goose turns one today. What began as a sauna has become a place for connection and belonging. It’s a place where the word community really rings true and we’re so grateful 🫶🏼

NEW EVENT ALERT – Beats n Heat 🔥🥁

Expect a high-energy Saunagus set to techno beats, an electrolyte cocktail bar and post-sauna hangs by the fire under the stars.

This session is all about release and connection. Come solo or with friends and settle into a shared, high-energy sauna experience 💪🏼

Our first Beats n Heat night hits Friday 20 Feb at 7:30pm, with more dates coming.

What is Saunagus? We first experienced it in Copenhagen and loved it so much we had to bring it home. Pronounced sauna-goose, it’s a guided Danish sauna ritual that’s unlike anything we’d felt before 🔥

Saunagus is a multi-sensory experience facilitated by a trained sauna guide who uses steam, essential oils, music, and meditative cues to keep you present and guide you into deep relaxation.

Morning Memberships are here 🪿 Get 5x weekday morning Sauna sessions for $40/week.

Begin your mornings with sauna, cold plunge, and reset. A ritual that clears the head, lifts the mood, and sets the tone for the whole day. Between sauna rounds, find a spot in our garden and feel the morning sun on your skin.
 Some flow in straight after gym or yoga, others come just for the ritual. However you arrive, you’ll share the space with like-minded people and a welcoming community.

Sessions usually run Monday to Friday at 7:00am, 8:10am and 9:20am. Limited spots, link in bio ☀️
