Before each session, our guides curate an essential oil blend to shape the feeling and flow of the rounds ahead.

Aromatherapy has a powerful way of shifting our state, deepening the breath, and bringing us back into the body.

Some of the oils we work with include:

LAST LATVIAN SAUNA FOR 2026! 🌿 Happening next Saturday on the 11th April from 4pm - 7pm

Led by our Latvian Sauna Master Elizabete before she heads home, this is your final chance to experience traditional Latvian sauna culture.

What to expect:
- Welcome tea and opening circle
- Learn about Latvian Sauna traditions and rituals
- Sauna rounds with cold plunges and rest
- Blend your own herbal salt scrub to use in the heat
- Learn the art of the slota (leaf whisk)

The Goose turns one today. What began as a sauna has become a place for connection and belonging. It’s a place where the word community really rings true and we’re so grateful 🫶🏼

NEW EVENT ALERT – Beats n Heat 🔥🥁

Expect a high-energy Saunagus set to techno beats, an electrolyte cocktail bar and post-sauna hangs by the fire under the stars.

This session is all about release and connection. Come solo or with friends and settle into a shared, high-energy sauna experience 💪🏼
