💪 Lysterfield Wolves x Rise Health Group

The Under 12 Teal and Grey teams have made a fantastic start to their Strength & Conditioning journey with the Rise Health Group team.

Now into Week 2 of our 10-week program, it has been great to see the enthusiasm, effort and engagement from all the Wolves players. Our team is focused on creating a fun, supportive and professional environment where young athletes can develop the skills and confidence needed to perform at their best.

Throughout the program, players are learning fundamental movement patterns, building strength, improving athletic performance, and gaining valuable knowledge around injury prevention, recovery and long-term athletic development.

We are proud to support our long-standing community partner, the Lysterfield Wolves Football Club, and look forward to watching these young athletes continue to grow both on and off the field throughout the season. 🩵🐺💪

Rise Health Group are excited to continue supporting our long-time community partner, the Lysterfield Wolves Football Club.

Last Thursday night we kicked off with the Under 14 Teal Boys, we’re proud to deliver a specialised 10-week Strength & Conditioning program for competitive age group players throughout the season.

These sessions are designed to help players:
🩵 Build strength and athletic capacity
🩶 Learn recovery and injury prevention strategies
🩵 Develop movement, coordination and confidence
🩶 Gain valuable gym, pre-training and pre-game knowledge
🩵 Continue their football development both on and off the field

Each group will work closely with the experienced Rise Health Group team in a fun, supportive and professional environment within our High Performance Gym.

Irene is a highly experienced and passionate podiatrist who has been caring for the Melbourne community since graduating from La Trobe University in 2009 with a Bachelor of Podiatry.

She brings extensive knowledge across all areas of podiatry, with special interests in:
