Our new READY SET SCHOOL program (Term 4) helps children build the emotional, social, and learning skills needed for a confident transition to Prep/Foundation.

Through fun, play-based activities, children will develop:

“Your child isn’t ‘too emotional’… they just need help knowing what to DO with their feelings.”

Big feelings are OK 💛
All emotions are normal — even the big ones like anger, frustration, or sadness.

👉 It’s not the feeling that’s the problem.
👉 It’s what we do with the feeling that matters.

When you feel angry, you have choices:

✔️ Take a break
✔️ Use calm breathing
✔️ Ask for help
✔️ Walk away and reset

🚫 Or you might:
– Yell or raise your voice
– Swear
– Say mean or hurtful things
– Hurt someone or break things

💡 This is what we’re teaching children:
“All feelings are okay… but we must stay safe and kind.”

✨ Feeling angry? That’s okay.
✨ Being unkind or unsafe? Not okay.
