With custom-built dehydrators, my dad preserved the natural goodness of the fruit without adding anything unnecessary. What began as a small, family operation grew into a wide selection of high-quality tropical fruits,
always staying true to our commitment to purity and flavor. Since moving to Melbourne five years ago, I noticed that many dried fruit products didn’t match the freshness and quality we knew back home. Many were full of additives and just didn’t capture the true taste of tropical fruit. That inspired us to bring a little taste of the north to Melbourne—and beyond. Our mission is simple: to share the vibrant, natural flavors of tropical fruit with everyone, without compromising on health or taste.
