I took a hike today... and somehow my problems didn’t make it to the top. 🤔⛰️
Turns out nature is one of the best personal trainers around.

No pre-workout. No Wi-Fi.No fancy equipment.
Just fresh air, moving your body, and a reminder that sometimes the best way to get ahead is to take a few steps into the forest.
