Winter is almost over. How is your skin feeling?
Before we head into spring, take a moment to check in with your skin.
Winter conditions, indoor heating and lower humidity can contribute to dryness, tightness and sensitivity for some people. A seasonal check-in can help you notice what your skin may need before making changes to your routine.
🌿 Ticked most of the boxes?
If your skin feels comfortable and balanced, there may be no need to change much. Keep doing what works and focus on consistency.
💧 Left several boxes unticked?
If your skin is feeling dry, tight, flaky or irritated, take a look at your current routine. Gentle cleansing, appropriate moisturisation and avoiding unnecessary exfoliation may help support your skin while it settles.
☀️ One thing to keep year-round:
Use a broad-spectrum SPF 50+ and reapply as directed, particularly when spending time outdoors.
🔎 Noticing something that persists?
A checklist can't diagnose a skin concern. If you have ongoing redness, irritation, sensitivity or another change that concerns you, consider seeking advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
And remember, spring doesn't mean you need to completely overhaul your skincare routine.
