Hello my dear Melbourne and friends.. how are you? I wanted to share with you my headstand, let me be proud😉– oh, the journey they've been! 🤸♀️ I do Remember those days when I couldn't find my balance…Friends were all like, 'Are you sure about this?' But guess what? I was sure about exploring new horizons, both physically and mentally.
Learning headstands wasn't just about defying gravity; it was about pushing past doubts and stepping out of my comfort zone. Each wobble was a reminder that growth doesn't come easy, but the journey is worth it. 🌟
And oh, the self-confidence boost! Standing on my head made me realize I could stand up to challenges too.
But that's not all – headstands became my mini retreat. The world flips upside down, and suddenly, I'm more present, more connected. It's my meditation, a way to find calm in the chaos. 🧘♀️✨
