In this quick demo, our Paramedics use a cardboard box to show what the injection looks like from the inside — including the needle deployment and how the medication is delivered.

It’s a simple visual, but it really helps people understand why firm pressure and correct placement matter.

EpiPens are designed to be used quickly, confidently and correctly during anaphylaxis — and when it matters, hesitation can cost time.
