Healing is a process that takes time and patience

One of the biggest misconceptions about healing is that you’ll know it’s happening only after your symptoms disappear.

But biology tells a different story.

Long before we notice changes on the outside, important changes are already taking place within us.

When the nervous system begins to experience moments of safety instead of constant survival...

Stress hormones begin to settle.

The body shifts away from fight, flight, or freeze.

Systems that have been focused on protection can begin redirecting energy toward repair, restoration, and resilience.

These changes don’t always happen overnight, and they aren’t always visible at first.

That’s why healing requires patience.

A restless night doesn’t mean you’ve failed.

A difficult day doesn’t erase your progress.

The path to healing is rarely linear, but every moment of genuine safety matters. Every slow breath, every act of self-compassion, every time you help your body experience calm instead of chronic stress, you’re creating the conditions for change.

Healing isn’t simply the absence of symptoms.

It’s the gradual return of safety, flexibility, and vitality within your mind and body.

Trust the process.

Your biology may already be changing in ways you can’t yet see.

Fantastic that they now have scans to prove EFT works on food cravings.
I have known this to be true for a long time now. I have done demonstrations on small groups to reduce chocolate cravings. Placing a chocolate bar in front of each individual and reducing their cravings so much that the chocolate stopped smelling nice. Not one participant wanted to eat the chocolate after 2 rounds of tapping. Nearly all of them threw chocolate in the bin - except for a few who a problem with wasting food. Just another belief that can be worked on 😅

EFT is amazing! Need some physical proof? Here it is…

This is your brain on a food craving. 🧠

Left: brain regions lighting up with want, urgency, that pull you can’t quite explain away. Right: same brain. After EFT Tapping.

This is one of the first fMRI studies ever done on tapping — and what it shows is that the craving didn’t get pushed down or white-knuckled away. The activity itself decreased. The chemistry shifted.

That’s the part no diet plan was built to address.

We have an entire category dedicated to Cravings Busters in The Tapping Solution App on topics from anything like sugar and chocolate, Salty foods, alcohol, smoking and so much more.

IT TOOK ME 6 YEARS TO UNDERSTAND THIS…
I’LL TELL YOU IN 2 MINUTES

1. The less you say, the more your words matter.
People rarely remember who talked the most. They remember who spoke with wisdom, clarity, and purpose.

2. Don’t take everything personally.
Most people are too busy dealing with their own fears, insecurities, and struggles to think about you as much as you think they do.

3. What you focus on becomes your reality.
Focus on problems, and life feels heavy. Focus on possibilities, growth, and gratitude, and life begins to open in unexpected ways.

4. One day, your pain will make sense.
The heartbreak, rejection, failure, and disappointment you curse today may become the reason you are stronger tomorrow.

5. Every person enters your life for a reason.
Some come to love you. Some come to teach you. Some come to wake you up. And some come to show you what you should never accept again.

6. Never stop trying new things.
The moment you stop growing, life starts feeling smaller. Curiosity keeps the mind alive and the soul young.

7. You can't control everything—and that's okay.
Some battles are won by effort. Others are won by acceptance. Wisdom is knowing the difference.

8. The people meant for you won't require you to betray yourself.
Real connections do not demand that you shrink, pretend, or abandon your values to be loved.

9. Time is your most valuable possession.
Money returns. Opportunities return. Even relationships sometimes return. Time never does.

10. At the end of the day, you must live with yourself.
Not with other people's opinions. Not with their expectations. Just with the choices you make and the person you become.

Life became much lighter when I stopped trying to impress everyone...

Stopped chasing approval.
Stopped forcing outcomes.
Stopped carrying things that were never mine to carry.

Because in the end...

Peace doesn't come from having everything.

It comes from understanding what truly matters—and letting go of what doesn't serve you.

This Memorial Day, we honor and remember the courage, sacrifice, and service of the men and women who have served our country.

And we also acknowledge something many veterans continue carrying long after service ends: the invisible wounds of trauma.

In a randomized controlled trial published in the Journal of Nervous and Mental Disease, veterans receiving six 1-hour Clinical EFT sessions showed dramatic reductions in PTSD symptoms.

By the end of treatment, 86% of participants no longer met the clinical criteria for PTSD — with improvements largely maintained at follow-up months later.

Why does this matter?

Because trauma is not simply a memory stored in the mind.

It’s a stress response carried in the nervous system and body.

Clinical EFT combines evidence-based exposure techniques with somatic acu-point tapping to help the nervous system process traumatic stress more safely and effectively.

Healing is possible. And those who have served deserve access to tools that truly help them heal.
