Inspirational real story…

Been calorie counting the past week due to my broken wrist. My consultant still weighed me. Can’t believe I’m half a stone away from **5 stone 🙈🙈🙈🙈. Two weeks to my holiday. Hoping to be 14.7 before I go.
Started my journey coz I was terrified I might need a seat belt extension on the plane. Really hoping now I won’t need one 😅
