I changed the formula of our tallow-based zinc barrier for nappy rash and irritated skin.

Instead of no oils, I now use jojoba oil for an easier to use cream, and I add some beeswax for a smoother feel.

It's still:
- Fragrance and essential oil free
- Made with biodynamic tallow

Most high-end retinol products use synthetic retinol or precursor forms that your skin must convert before they work.
