That tween stage where they’re not little anymore,
but not quite teenagers either… and you can feel it’s time to start having these conversations.

I’m launching a First Moon Circle in Term 3 👏

It begins with just the girls — learning about their bodies and periods in a calm, age-appropriate way.

Then mums are invited in…
to connect, share, craft and be part of something really special together.

I completed my First Moon Circle facilitator training because I truly believe in how powerful this space can be for both girls and their mums.
