Seven years of Lupus! Seems like a really long time ago, but the diagnosis and all the health issues that have come up, including the challenges of chronic pain and inflammation, have taught me a lot! I have learnt about my body and what it is trying to tell me. Here there is seven years of change, each photo representing something I was going through that challenged my lupus but I got through it with the support of so many people, you know who you are 💜 sometimes it really hard to get through it but it’s always important to try! 💜
