Back in time for school holidays — Camp MDA: Connecting Little Legends is designed especially for children aged 6-11 living with neuromuscular conditions, bringing together friendship, creativity and plenty of opportunities to play. 💙

This September, little legends will put their teamwork and problem-solving skills to the test in Crack It: The Game Show 🎲 facilitated by Mini BOSS Incursions, before unleashing their creativity in a Lego building workshop, where imagination takes centre stage and every brick helps bring new ideas to life.

August is Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA) Awareness Month. Living with Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA), Belinda never saw herself as someone with limitations. “I’ve always tried to push myself and prove that I can do things, even if my arms and legs don’t work properly.”

At Muscular Dystrophy Australia, we're proud to support the SMA community by raising awareness, fostering understanding, and celebrating the stories of people living with SMA. Together, we can help build a more inclusive and supportive future.

Read how Belinda, a disability housing advocate, actor, and Boccia athlete living with SMA, found connection, confidence, and community through sport. https://mda.org.au/muscular-dystrophy/posts/belindas-journey-finding-her-place
