Deep Calm is this Saturday at Moksha Yoga Bentleigh - 2 hours of gentle (and I mean gentle - think deep stretches all on your back), breath work (calming techniques that help down regulate your nervous system), EFT tapping (a few rounds to give ourselves permission to completely relax) and Yoga nidra (a deeply calming and therapeutic guided meditation practiced lying down - inducing a state somewhere between waking consciousness and deep sleep).
