Come behind the scenes at our after-school Kids Clay Club with .eileen.paint

In our small, playful group classes, kids explore wheel throwing and handbuilding, experiment with clay, and get joyfully muddy in a supportive, imagination‑first space. Held after school with all materials included, it’s a weekly dose of creativity the kids truly love.

Behind the scenes at our Creative Exploration class with Jade Piltz.
This 6-week course invites all levels to explore painting, drawing, collage, and playful mark-making in a supportive, process-focused space. It’s a chance to experiment with mixed media, build confidence, and enjoy the creative journey with encouragement every step of the way. Classes run Tuesdays from 6pm–8:30pm.

Meet .the.maker, who leads our Intro to Wheel class. The Tuesday morning term class, and dives deeper into form, function, and even alternative firing methods in the Clay Education course. His teaching is thoughtful, grounded, and quietly encouraging, helping you understand not just how, but why, everything works on the wheel.

If you’ve been wanting to build strong foundations on the wheel and explore what’s possible with different firing approaches, Joe’s Tuesday morning 10:30am term class is a beautiful place to begin.

All the clay activities would not have been possible without generous sponsorship and clay donations.

And of course the amazing .eileen.paint and who organised, set up and ran the project alongside other volunteers.

The 25 year sculpture is almost done and we can’t wait to show you!
