Your health isn’t broken. It’s waiting for the next version of you.
Most people hit a wall with their health and assume something is wrong with their body.
More often than not, it’s a signal that you’ve outgrown the approach that got you here.
Every health journey moves through stages:
1. Survival
You’re exhausted, reactive, and just trying to get through the day. You Google symptoms at midnight and take whatever helps in the short term.
2. Capacity
You’re trying — but you’re overwhelmed. Cut this, add that, take the supplement, do the diet. You’ve become the bottleneck in your own recovery.
3. Complexity
More symptoms. More confusion. More practitioners who tell you your bloods are “normal.” What once felt manageable now feels heavy.
4. Ownership
This is where everything changes. You stop waiting to be fixed and start leading your own health. You get the data. You ask the right questions. You make decisions from a place of knowledge, not fear.
Here’s where most people stay stuck — they keep applying the same thinking to a body that’s asking for something different.
Your health will only improve to the level that you’re willing to understand it.
Every new level requires something different from you. New information. New habits. A higher standard of what you’ll accept for yourself.
At every plateau, the question is simple:
What do I need to know to get to the next stage?
For most of my clients, the answer starts with a blood panel. Not the basic one your GP runs. A functional panel that actually tells you what’s happening — your thyroid, your iron, your inflammatory markers, your hormones.
