Mountain Pilates was created by founder Jeanette Tatton from a desire for everyone to be able to move painfree and walk taller and with ease. Our aim is to be able to provide an approachable, comfortable space for all to feel as though they can reach thei

🔥 6 Men. 6 Weeks. One Commitment.

Today marks the beginning of our Built to Move Challenge.

Six local men have stepped outside their comfort zones and committed to showing up for themselves over the next six weeks.

They’re fathers, husbands, workers, business owners, tradies, professionals, and community members.

Each with a different story.

Some want to reduce aches and stiffness.
Some want to build strength.
Some want more energy.
Some simply want to feel better in their bodies again.

What they all have in common is a willingness to start.

No perfection.
No quick fixes.
No unrealistic promises.

Just six men committing to moving their bodies twice a week and seeing what happens when consistency replaces excuses.

Over the coming weeks, we’ll be sharing their journeys, challenges, wins, and transformations.

We’re incredibly proud of every one of them for saying yes.

History of Mountain Pilates - Episode 3 💫

This year we’re celebrating 15 whole years of Mountain Pilates right here in the beautiful Dandenong Ranges, and reflecting on where it all began.

Many people may not know that Mountain Pilates started in our own home. When we first bought our house, there was this beautiful space downstairs (which we believe was once a cellar) and it became the beginning of something really special.

Clients would arrive and sit on our lounge suite while waiting for class, enjoying warm organic tea, homemade raw bliss balls, beautiful magazines and the comfort of an open fire before heading downstairs into our little Pilates space.

That little home studio became Mountain Pilates for our first six years.

From those simple beginnings, and through the support of this incredible community, Mountain Pilates has grown into what it is today.

Thank you for being part of our story — whether you joined us 15 years ago or just walked through our doors for the very first time. We’re so grateful you’re here 💚
