The creation of sacred spaces is so very important to recognise we are a part of something greater then ourselves. Either by intention or by the placement of structure like this recently constructed Good Spirit Place - Kwoba Wirin-Up

This area is on Wadjemup (Rottnest Is) and is dedicated to Aboriginal people as a place for reflection, yarning, and ceremony.

Kwoba Wirin-up honours the Whadjuk Noongar people as Traditional
Owners of Wadjemup and provides a place to connect with Country, gather, and reflect.

I am grateful and privileged to be able to share in the energy of this circle.

No matter the hemisphere, the sun stands still, either in the longest day or the shortest day so on this day take a moment to stand still, tall, connected and grounded drawing in as above and so below gathering the strengths of the sun for the next phase of your journey whether it be to turn inwards or to begin to emerge.
Either way when we take our cues from the elements from the seasons and from the divine we begin to know our place and to inhabit our own dreams and the dreams of those who have gone before and those who are yet to come.

This was my office outlook today.

Which prompts me to speak about healing and holding space for another.

We are not separate, from our surroundings , from the seen and the unseen in our environment and from the everyday concerns of our clients and if we try to heal “them” without putting ourselves in the picture we do both ourselves and the people we serve a disservice.

We are not separate, we are one and the messages that come through are for us.

There is no us and them.

It’s no surprise that the title of this painting which stopped me in my tracks is “Love” painted by the artist Quan Thien.

My desire to share the picture is to share the love and to take the opportunity to spread this energy.
This undeniable energy that pours from the page, and from the sense of connection. Connection to Love

So if you would breathe with me - in and out - whilst gazing for a moment, feeling the energy stream into your eyes and allow love to seek, to cleanse, to hold, to cherish and to enrich any part of you that requires your attention.
Swirling, softening and transforming all that no longer serves you.

In part this is what eco- therapy and walking and talking in nature is about. It’s about stopping, and being present to the love that surrounds us.

Today please remember you are loved even- even when you don’t stop long enough to believe it. 💕
