I often operate at high level when under pressure, Multiple Sclerosis will not always define me.
For example, I spoke off the bat at Broken Hill National Broadband Network meeting when walking in sick with MS, to abuse the Politicians who commandeered our bus.
Meaning special needs children were dragged out of bed, they twisted it claiming I was there to speak as representative for TAFE NSW so I stood up and spoke off the bat, which is on government hansard.

Conversations and comments I make off the bat are often my best work and get incorporated without reference.

IMO: Cod liver Oil and Vitamins D3, B9, B12 and K as neuroprotective agent should not do any harm but ask a doctor.

I founded and administrate Centrelink Law Reform Australia and have seen every type of trick to pump people for information.
People that make nonsensical sentences have often turned out to be fake, acting a little dumb.
Just remember that even with Multiple Sclerosis.
I am a good human that frowns upon lowlife operatives.

The Problem of swapping Protein out with Sugar.
As stated, I am a living machine.
Done things that no one else could or would do.
For those who question, there are other who know.
I worked as lumberjack for family, shearing and stacking railway sleepers by hand for contractor.

This disease can change from hr2hr for me, and walking 100mtrs can be like a day shearing sheep or lifting sleepers. But it changes!
Something that people may not have considered, is the diet you consume over a life time of hard labor, is not the same for Albo MP.
Its not just a matter of changing diet, your metabolism's different.

Eating 0.5 kg of meat when working hard, the protein is used to maintain muscle mass, not fat. When you have no *money* this protein has to be swapped out for sugar, with no weight gain and muscle loss.
I want to swap out red meat with oily sea fish, without the problems.

The disease is different for everybody, and at every stage, so there is nothing for people to compare against. It has shocked me.
Ask my father what he thinks of stir fry or rice, and stand back!
