Join Judy Brightman of Mindful Horse, Mindful Leader for a 2-day workshop designed to:-
• Enhance interoceptive and energetic perception
• Deepen your embodied presence as a practitioner
• Improve your connection to self and others
Incorporating techniques from qi-gong, energy healing and embodied leadership training, Judy will guide participants through experiential practices. You’ll be invited to practice with humans, horses and the natural world.
Judy has over 20 years’ experience in EAS, is a somatic coach, qi-gong practitioner, Reiki Master and animistic rituals practitioner.

We have all witnessed our herd members respond to what clients bring to sessions. This was their response to anticipatory grief circumstances the client is facing…. First session Marcus connects sleeping eyes, resting back leg, droopy bottom lip, by all appearances signs of calm, but look at his nostrils … the rest of the herd lay down close by.

Equine welfare is a high priority here at Heart to Heart. On the weekend we had a visit from Melanie- Mel’s Healing Touch to provide cranial sacral treatments to herd members. Mel brings calm beautiful energy and connection. Pics show how much the horses appreciated her support.

….”l love that smell” it takes her back to the fondest-childhood memories shared with her own horse. Their close bond, the fun, gymkana’s, bare back riding, falling off and getting straight back on, pony club and horsey friendships. It’s the smell and just being with Rebel that creates happiness and healing.

Peter paid a surprise visit today to reunite with George. Peter owned George for 7 years before George became a valued member of the Heart to Heart herd. It has been over 2.5 years since they have seen each other. It was a beautiful reunion….horses never forget people ….look at the lovely bond between them 🥰

Creating a safe space for clients and horses starts with our embodied awareness and presence. In busy, information filled lives, even those of privileged to work outdoors with horses as partners daily can lose touch with our capacity to be grounded, present and calm.
