When people ask 'What can releasing energies look like...?'

For me, I'm very clairvoyant. I can SEE beyond the physical world so easily- it's as natural to me as breathing. Sometimes it can appear as if I'm looking directly at a physical person, or other times I can see multiple images playing out simultaneously- just to name a couple examples.

I LOVE going to these New and Full Moon Women Circles held by my incredible SiStar Natalie who is building her heartfelt Soulful Business The Company of Her.

I have experienced the privilege of having Nat help me through some difficult times, where I was going through a massive transition in my personal life, through her Life Coaching Program 🙏

As a result, I have grown beyond what I could have ever imagined in this physical world 🥰

If you've been following me for a while, you'll know I'm passionate about supporting local- and those who I whole heartedly trust.

There are moments when I sit back and simply feel so much gratitude✨️

Gratitude for every woman who has trusted me with her story.
Gratitude for every tear that has been honoured.
Gratitude for every breakthrough, every deep breath, every moment a woman remembers that she has always been enough.

Creating spaces where women feel seen, heard, safe, and supported isn't just what I do—it's something I hold with my whole heart.

Whether it's through Come Back to HER, one-on-one mentoring, or our circles together, watching women reconnect with themselves is one of the greatest privileges of my life.

To every woman who has allowed me to walk beside her on her journey... Thank you.

And if you've been quietly wondering whether it's your time to be supported too, perhaps this is your reminder that you don't have to carry it all alone.
