Getting in early and wishing our community a Hoppy Easter 😉 we will be closed for the public holidays on the 3rd and 6th of April. There is still a small amount of availability next week if you need an ultrasound or an injection done please give us a call on 0264949223 to make an appointment.

💙 Don’t push through pain — address it.

Ignoring injuries doesn’t make them disappear — it often just makes them harder to treat. If pain or inflammation is holding you back, a cortisone injection may be an effective option to help reduce inflammation, relieve pain, and support your recovery.

Cortisone injections are commonly used for joint, tendon, and soft-tissue injuries and can provide targeted relief when rest, physio, or other treatments aren’t quite enough. When guided by the right medical advice, they can help you move more comfortably and get back to doing what you love sooner.

📄 A valid referral is required.

If you’re experiencing ongoing pain or changes in how your body feels, speak with your GP to discuss whether a cortisone injection is appropriate for you. Early assessment and treatment can make all the difference.
