ESTROGEN DOMINANCE ISN'T THE PROBLEM... IT'S THE WARNING SIGN

What if your hormones aren't the entire problem?
What if it's actually your body's ability to process them?

If your progesterone-to-estrogen ratio (P:E ratio) is below 100,
it's time to stop looking at hormones in isolation.

Because what appears to be estrogen dominance
is often a sign that your gut, liver, and metabolism are struggling

Think about it this way
Making hormones is only part of the equation.

Your body also needs to break them down, detoxify them, and remove them

Looking for a natural antibiotic or have a persistent cough ?

Natural remedies can often combat infections. Pharmaceutical products sadly destroy all cells and the gut flora.

First up heres an antibiotics option.

Ingredients
1/2 cup of honey, 1 tsp of ground turmeric,
1 tsp of ground cinnamon, 1 tsp of ground ginger, 1/2 tsp of ground black pepper, half capsule or 6 drops quality fulvic humic,
2 caps of collodoil silver,
1 tsp vanilla, 1 lemon and Lemon zest to taste.

How about a persistent cough?

Cut a red onion into small pieces.
Cover with local honey or at least organic honey.
Allow to rest for a few hours until a sryup forms on top.
The honey ferments the Onions which contains an anti inflammatory called Allicin a powerful antibiotic. 😇

Take a Teaspoon of the syrup for kids, tablespoon for adults 3 x a day.

If symptoms persist, half cut onion and put on feet under socks overnight.

Cough should abate after a few days.

Few focus on inflammation and bile flow.
