If you've had COVID-19, you may be feeling unsure about when you can get back into exercising. 🏃‍♂️🚴‍♀️🏋️

Follow this flowchart to find out whether you are ready to get back into it. 💪

If you are ready to start working out, it's encouraged to start with just 15 minutes of light activity and to monitor how you feel. If you're feeling okay, you can increase training progressively and slowly introduce higher intensity activities.
