What are chakras?

Chakra is the Sanskrit word meaning, “wheel” or “disk.”
Refers to a spinning wheel of energy.

We have many energy points (chakras) throughout the body.
Seven main chakras run along the spine.
Each one governs its own energy frequency,
Connecting to different emotions, organs and groups of nerves.

Over the next seven days we will dive deeper into the meaning of each Chakra.

The Lotus represents rebirth and spiritual enlightenment.
As it rises above from the muddy, murky water where the bulb first grows, it reaches towards the surface and faces the light.

Portraying that one can move through darker and channelling times. That they can see the healing and growth that can come from every experience to reach their own spiritual enlightenment and inner peace.

This lotus rises towards the Merkaba star above, that I have created in a crystal formation. This represents Divine light, Divine love, protection and guidance from above. Working with crystals and higher guidance helps us along our individual paths to reach this energy.

Having reset.

Stop and smell the Rose(quartz)’s. Permission to do nothing.

Sometimes we need to give ourselves a break without feeling guilty. We need to get a babysitter, take the kids to daycare or ignore the housework and just treat ourselves (yes, trust me, I know it’s easier said than done). Nurture yourself by getting a massage, having a bath, sitting outside, having a nap and literally switching off for a moment. These times of nothing, of pausing, can be the breath of fresh air that our body and soul deeply needs to see clearly. It can help us solve a project we are stuck on, to find a solution to a difficult situation or to create new inspiration. Our lives are go, go, go these days. We need to give ourselves permission to stop and smell the rose(quartz)’s and just breathe.

Rose quartz is great crystal for self-love, gentle healing and calming energy. It is a strong heart centred crystal. A great companion to relax and do nothing, just to be present in unconditional love for self.

Distant Healing

A Distant Healing is like receiving a text. Even though there is no cord or physical contact, we can still receive messages. These messages travel by electromagnetic waves, just like light and sound. We too, can tap in and send healing energy to another through this frequency (with the person’s permission of course).
The same energy work is done as if you were here in person. This is a basic overview as to how Distant Healing works.

You will receive a guided meditation of the light activation that we do at the beginning and at the end of each healing. This is so you can connect with the full experience, as if you were here in person. You can listen to this any time and as often as you like.

You will also receive the energetic healing frequencies to help balance your energy and clear away any lower frequencies or stagnant energy. This is the same healing you would receive with an Energy Balance. You don’t need to do anything special at the time. Once you have booked in and given me permission to do the energy work, I will then be able to begin the healing.

When I have finished, I will send you an email with your Chakra Reading and any messages that have come through. This may give you direction into what needs shifting in your life or who is energetically with you and guiding you.

You will receive an Energy Balance (see previous post).
I will also tap into your chakras to receive messages from your energy field, your guides and possibly, passed loved ones (this is similar to getting a card reading). The purpose of this is to receive messages that you need in this moment which will help you heal, move through past hurt (or trauma) and clear away old energy that no longer serves you. This may help bring clarity as to where you are heading in life and how to move forward on your life path.

Lying on the massage table fully clothed, face up, you will be guided through a meditation and light column activation. You will experience a deep state of relaxation where you can drift off, simply relax or fall asleep.

Here, I check the flow of each chakra and place crystals over the seven main chakras that run up the centre of your body. Sometimes they can be placed on other parts of the body if needed. The crystals are placed upon the body to help bring balance to each chakra and your energy field. Whilst the crystals do their job, I use chi energy to help clear away old stagnant energy and bring about a deeper state of healing.

Remember, while it is called crystal “healing”, it is not the promise of a magical cure, but a reminder that we are “magic” in ourselves. When we allow our body time to rest, we are able to listen to our inner voice and heal ourselves.
