Multiple Sclerosis is a neurological condition affecting around 2.9 million people worldwide. It impacts the brain and spinal cord, causing a wide range of symptoms including fatigue, vision problems, and difficulty with movement. Every person's experience with MS is different and that is what makes awareness so important.

This year's theme is My MS Diagnosis, navigating MS together. It is a reminder that no one should face a diagnosis alone and that early, accurate diagnosis can make a real difference to someone's life.

At Murray Darling Supports we believe in holistic care that sees the whole person, not just a condition. We stand with everyone in the MS community today and every day.

Noah was so excited to show his support worker Teegan where he laid his ANZAC wreath. He walked her straight to the memorial, pointed it out with so much pride, and stood there beaming.

We could not be prouder of you Noah. Remembering those who served, and sharing that moment with someone who cares about you. That is something really special.
