Saving Aussie hearts and lives with advocacy, education, fundraising, and fun! Hearturday is the brain child of Mildura mother-of-two, Katrina Umback, who lost her husband, Scott, to a heart attack in January 2019. Since his passing, Katrina has been a passionate advocate for both heart health education and research, and for the provision of preventative cardiac health facilities in regional Australia, especially in her home town of Mildura in north west Victoria.
