Not all hunger is physical hunger.
Sometimes people eat because they’re:
• Overwhelmed
• Lonely
• Exhausted
• Stressed
• Anxious
• Comfort-seeking
• Mentally drained
And no - that does NOT mean you’ve failed.
One of the biggest parts of long-term health is learning to understand your triggers without shame.
The goal isn’t perfection.
The goal is awareness, balance, and getting back on track without self-hatred.
