NECK TENSION or TIGHT CHEST 🔥
Have you experienced a tight neck or tight chest?!
One of my favs, the soft block at base of the skull.
*Release tension in the suboccipital muscles (the small muscles at the base of the skull) by rolling the head from side to side.
* Ease neck stiffness from looking down at phones or computers.
* Encourage relaxation of the nervous system.
* Help relieve some tension-type headaches that originate from tight neck muscles.
*create space across the chest and shoulder muscles with arms in cactus (a blanket or bolster could also be used here).
Hold for minimum 2 mins of each.
