We had the pleasure of heading out to Carwarp today to deliver Catherine's prize in person — and doesn't she look thrilled! 😊 When you're out of town, having a well-stocked first aid kit close by isn't just handy, it's essential. In rural areas like Carwarp, farms can be quite a distance apart, emergency response times are longer, and your nearest neighbour might not be just around the corner. Being prepared and having the right supplies on hand can truly make all the difference when it matters most! 🚜❤️

Many workplaces ensure staff complete CPR training every year, but some don’t provide the same staff with broader First Aid training.

CPR is an essential lifesaving skill — but not every workplace emergency requires CPR.

A person may be unconscious but still breathing normally. They may have suffered a head injury, seizure, diabetic emergency, heat-related illness or another medical condition. Or you could be faced with bleeding, burns, fractures, anaphylaxis or other injuries.
