A sacred afternoon for you and your growing baby facilitated by Chelsea Todd, Mother of 2, Yoga Teacher, and Matrescence Guide.
We will move through gentle pregnancy yoga, a winter solstice ritual, nourishing teaching on birth and the threshold you are crossing, and close with afternoon tea together. You will leave with a gift bundle for your journey into Motherhood.
This is an intimate gathering of 7 women only.

"I’ve been so blessed to have met Chelsea when I was expecting my eldest baby girl in 2023. Chelsea showed me certain movements I could use during labour, as well as sharing strategies on how my husband can support me during those tough moments in labour.
