❄️ Do your hands and feet always feel cold?

Poor circulation isn't just uncomfortable—it may be your body's way of telling you that something needs attention 📣

Thermal imaging can highlight cooler areas in the hands, feet and lower legs, providing valuable insight into blood flow patterns before structural changes occur.

Some possible contributors to reduced circulation include:
• Sedentary lifestyle
• Smoking or va**ng
• Diabetes or insulin resistance
• High cholesterol or cardiovascular disease
• Low iron, B12 or folate
• Thyroid disorders
• Raynaud's phenomenon
• Stress and chronic high cortisol
• Dehydration
• Hormonal changes, including menopause
• Peripheral artery disease (PAD)
• Nerve dysfunction or autonomic imbalance

While thermal imaging doesn't diagnose the cause, it can identify temperature patterns that may indicate reduced blood flow, helping you make informed decisions about your health and monitor changes over time.

Your body is always communicating. The question is… are you listening? ❤️

💚 Your liver is one of the hardest-working organs in your body.

From filtering toxins and supporting digestion to balancing hormones and maintaining energy levels, it's working around the clock to keep you healthy.

If you've been feeling sluggish, tired or just not quite yourself, it may be time to give your liver some extra love. Thermal imaging can provide valuable insight into inflammatory patterns within the body, helping you better understand your health and whether supporting your body's natural detoxification pathways could be beneficial.

Your body is always communicating... are you listening? ✨

💗 Breast Thermography & Your Breast Score

Getting Breast Thermography can be a useful adjunct to other conventional screening as it will look at your breasts from a 'functional' aspect rather than a 'structural' one.

Seeing how your breasts are functioning and being able to monitor changes to those functions can give you an early indication of subtle physiological changes that may require your attention! 📣

At Thermalife, every full body report will provide a full breast analysis using the gold standard TH score. This score reflects the level of thermal activity detected and helps guide follow-up recommendations.

A TH Score (see table below) is not a diagnosis but is one part of your overall assessment and is interpreted alongside your thermal images, symptoms, and clinical history.

🟢 TH-1 (0–29) – Normal thermal findings
🟢 TH-2 (30–74) – Generally normal, often associated with benign breast changes
🟡 TH-3 (75–119) – Borderline findings – short-term follow-up recommended
🟠 TH-4 (120–149) – Abnormal findings – further assessment recommended
🔴 TH-5 (150+) – Significantly abnormal findings – prompt follow-up recommended

Also, at Thermalife the 'Breast Only' report where images are sent to the US for interpretation, offers this regular temperature assessment as well as STI (Spatial Thermal Imaging) which also analyses the internal structures of the breast. This improved software, now incorporating AI, has incredible abilities to detect areas that may require further investigation.

Prevention is always better than cure! 👊

Note: It is best to avoid days 7-14 of your cycle due to higher hormone levels and possible inaccurate readings.

Thermography does not replace mammograms or other conventional screening (but it is a GREAT adjunct 😊)

✴What can you expect to see in a thermal imaging report? ✴

These images are just a snippet of the information included in your report. You will receive information on the following areas of the body:

➡ Feet/Legs
➡ Arms/Hands
➡ Head/Neck
➡ Torso
➡ Back
➡ Breasts

Thermal imaging can help identify patterns of inflammation and provide valuable insights that support a proactive approach to prevention and overall wellness.

Each report includes a copy of all your thermal images, professional interpretations, and recommended follow-up steps to help further investigate any findings. The goal is to provide you with meaningful information that can guide conversations with your healthcare providers and support informed health decisions.

Stay tuned for upcoming posts where we'll share examples of breast thermography scoring and explain what the different scores mean.

Knowledge is power, and prevention starts with understanding your body.

✨ What Is the Lymphatic System & Why Does It Matter? ✨

Your lymphatic system is one of the body's most important—but often overlooked—networks. Think of it as your body's natural drainage and detoxification system. It helps remove waste, toxins, excess fluid, and supports a healthy immune response.

When lymph flow becomes sluggish or congested, it can contribute to:
💧 Swelling and fluid retention
😴 Fatigue and low energy
🔥 Inflammation
🤕 Discomfort or tenderness
🌿 A feeling of being "stuck" or puffy

👉 Scroll through to see examples of lymphatic congestion with thermography.

The white & red areas represent the highest levels of heat, which may indicate inflammation, increased metabolic activity, or patterns that some practitioners associate with lymphatic congestion.

These patterns can be seen throughout the body, including the face, neck, chest, breasts, underarms, digestive system, groin, and legs.

Your thermography report highlights areas of concern and provides insights into how these patterns may relate to your symptoms and overall health. Where appropriate, recommendations are included to help support optimal lymphatic function and wellbeing.

Your body is constantly communicating—sometimes through heat patterns before symptoms become obvious.

✨ Understanding your lymphatic health is another step toward supporting whole-body wellness.
