Hello to all the participants of Sunday Reset✨️

Thank you for signing up! Jess from Meraki Acutonics and I are very excited to meet all of you.

How have you been feeling since signing up? I have been doing distance sessions for everyone - you might feel thirstier than usual, deeper sleep, more vivid dreams. But also there could be irritations and annoyances that might come up for you but you will notice that it dissipates quickly. 🌿
Just keep allowing the energies to flow. Ground your energy if you know how (we can teach you on the 13th if you need help).

We are so excited to share our knowledge and be the conduit of this beautiful energy for you all.

Until then, remember to hydrate💧

Thank you, Murilla Comunity Centre and all the sponsors for the 2026 Women's Wellness Day! Thank you for making this day possible. Listening to Pip Courtney's story from Landine was so inspiring (being given an assigned ashtray on her first day of work made me laugh so hard!) 🌸

Thank you to all the ladies that queued up to see me and I hope to see you again next year!🩵

A Little Something Before We Gather for Sunday Reset✨️

For everyone who has registered for our 13th September Energy & Sound session, there’s a little something happening behind the scenes…

Between now and the session, I’ll be sending weekly Energy Alchemy sessions to all registered attendees, allowing the energy work to begin before we even come together in the room.

Think of it as a gentle energetic preparation… a little clearing, shifting and opening as we move towards our time together.

Then, on the 13th, we’ll bring it all together with Acutonics, Energy Alchemy and sound for a beautiful shared experience.

If you have already signed up and would like to receive, just intend to receive. Then go about your week, stay hydrated, and allow whatever wants to shift to shift.🧘‍♀️

I’m really looking forward to seeing where this journey takes us.🩷

There is still time to book - limited availability.

🧘‍♀️What will your body feel like after 2 hours of sound, stillness and energy work?

Imagine sinking into meditation while singing bowls and tuning forks wash over you… then moving deeper with Sacred Activations and Ancestral Clearing.

A little nervous system exhale.
A little energetic reset.
A little “ohhhhhh… I needed that.🩷”

Come experience it for yourself.
