What an average morning looks like minus half the things I didn’t show you.

There’s always movement. Owning a dog means that you have to walk them before work. I don’t mind, it sets the tone for the day and today we got to watch a seal play.

After months of heavy foods, I like to eat what I grow and enjoy fresh greens and flowers.

I’ve always made macadamia nut milk and Rise & Be matcha is my favourite 😍. A gentle lift seeing I’m not drinking coffee.

It’s dead in the shop so I spend some time educating myself and packing orders before I tuck into that delicious salad.

After months of reformulating, redesigning and trialling something very close to our hearts, we go and win GOLD with our best selling product. 😬

For a moment I s**t myself. I didn’t expect that to happen. I was so consumed with bringing you something even better that I had mentally put a customer favourite to bed. Yes it’s an excellent product but you can always improve. That was my thought process anyway.

Bad timing? Maybe? But after listening to all the feedback from everyone who trialled the new formulas, we are 100% excited to bring them to you.

I’ll explain more in further videos. Meanwhile they are now up on our website with all their exciting ingredients for you to learn about.

Further to our GOLD winning Night Cream our Hydrating Toning Mist and our Peppermint Foot Repair, both won bronze in their respective categories in this years Clean + Conscious Awards

These are by no means our star attractions, but that’s probably my fault. I don’t talk about them enough. IYKYK but that’s not good enough. These awards are the confirmation that more people need to hear about these treasures.

Our Night Rejuvenation cream won best Night Cream beating industry leaders in Australia and New Zealand!!

What a gong and a proud day for us. We are a small brand without a big team, investors or our faces all over the internet. We are that outside runner beating the favourite to the post.

I’m so proud of what we have achieved. All the hard work and endless hours have paid off. Especially in these tough times when it all seems too hard some days.

I have been in a constant battle with myself trying to decide whether to close up during this quiet winter season and refill my cup with my friends.

The more I look around, other businesses are taking this time to have a break and recharge, before diving into the warmer months.

I have lived here for a very long time and seen the highs and lows. We are currently in a low, so I am granting myself a hall pass for just over a week.

There’s nothing like spending some time in the Australian outback to recharge the tanks. I’m leaving on Sunday…

Yoga has been busy!

I met with my mini mixing buddy yesterday and have come home with a fresh haul of beautiful cream.

There’s nothing like carrying 20kg tubs in each hand. I might skip the gym tonight.
