Whether you’re playing footy, netball, or working towards your own fitness goals, our Exercise Physiologists tailor individual programs to help you perform at your best.

🕐 Mondays- 5:15pm
🕐 Tuesdays- 4:30pm

Held at YP Health & Fitness, with full access to all the equipment and support you need to set yourself up for a big year 💪🏼

✨ Meet Tobey! ✨

We’re excited to welcome Tobey, our newest Exercise Physiologist at Yorke Peninsula Exercise Physiology! 💙

Tobey is passionate about helping people get back to doing what they love through movement, strength and rehabilitation. His main areas of interest include:

💪 Musculoskeletal injuries and rehab
🦵 Pre & post-operative rehab (especially hips and knees)
🧠 Neurological conditions such as MS and Parkinson’s
🫁 Respiratory conditions and cancer support

Outside of work you’ll find him playing touch rugby, camping, fishing or travelling. 🏉🎣🏕️

Building Strong Foundations, and having fun while doing it 💪🏼

Our Strength & Conditioning classes for 12–17 year olds focus on learning correct, safe lifting patterns while building strength, fitness, and confidence 🏋🏼

Classes run as normal until March 24, then move to:
Mondays: 5:15pm
Tuesdays: 4:45pm
